Salesforce Senior Solution Consultant: Business Analyst
About the role
The Solution Architect / Senior Solution Architect is a dual-impact leader across presales and delivery, responsible for shaping, scoping, and aligning complex engagements to position federal customers for long-term success as a trusted advisor.
Responsibilities
- Drive architectural strategy from initial solutioning through execution, ensuring mission-critical programs are set up to deliver measurable outcomes
- Review and correct project/program direction, approach, and key artifacts to keep programs on track and solutions extendable and maintainable going forward
- Lead discovery sessions, define business requirements, write user stories, and provide detailed system and functional designs
- Document business processes and wire-frame system designs using process flow diagram tools, UML, sequence diagrams, etc., and make recommendations for future state improved processes and system designs
- Present complex concepts clearly and effectively to a variety of stakeholders
- Manage risk areas and see issues through to resolution
- Translate current-state complexity into clear target-state designs, close capability gaps, and deliver solutions that enable achievement of critical business and mission outcomes
- Guide customers and colleagues in rationalizing and deploying emerging technologies that drive increased business value
- Collaborate with clients and colleagues to identify and lead internal strategic initiatives to grow the consulting practice
- Convey and convince customers of best practices at various levels within a large organization
- Develop materials appropriate for the audience
Requirements
- Minimum of five (5) years of professional experience
- Bachelor's degree (Relevant experience may be substituted for formal education or advanced degree)
- U.S. citizenship is contractually required
- Able to obtain and maintain a Federal or DoD "SECRET" security clearance
Qualifications
- Expert in Salesforce configuration and architectural strategy
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Resourceful and innovative thinker who can work through and solve problems
- Experience leading discovery sessions, defining business requirements, writing user stories, and providing detailed system and functional designs
- Hands-on experience with Public Sector Solutions (“Agentforce Public Sector”)
- Hands-on experience with Omni Studio
- Selected candidate may travel up to 25%
Benefits
The annual salary range for this position is $106,000.00-$176,000.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
Schedule
The schedule for this role is up to 10% travel.
