Salesforce Business Analyst
Duration: 2+ months | Location: Eagan, MN (100% remote)

Responsibilities
- Use various techniques to gather business needs from stakeholders (e.g., focus groups, observation, prototyping)
- Define and construct user stories in the proper format, outlining the work needed to meet overall business requirements
- Create a variety of business process maps to engage end-users and validate business requirements (e.g., UPN, ERD, value stream maps, SIPOC)
- Develop multiple types of documentation throughout the project lifecycle, including stakeholder analysis, current state analysis, gap analysis, and user acceptance test plans
- Facilitate clear and concise stakeholder communication throughout the project
- Support and facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- Ensure the right people are testing the right things
Requirements
- Four-year degree or equivalent work experience
- 1-2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Product Owner, or Salesforce Admin
- Demonstrated ability to document business requirements for Salesforce implementation projects
- Experience writing requirements in Agile methodologies and writing user stories
- Experience with Agile development methodology (e.g., Scrum)
- Ability to influence stakeholders and work closely to determine acceptable solutions
- Ability to balance stakeholder motivations and objectives throughout project meetings and communication
- Excellent documentation skills
- Fundamental analytical and conceptual thinking skills
- Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, Visio, Project, Outlook, and SharePoint
- Previous experience implementing Salesforce solutions
- Salesforce Certifications preferred
- Healthcare experience is very important; customer service project work is next in importance
Pay
The salary range for this role is $80,000 to $160,000 or the hourly equivalent. Pay is based on several factors including education, work experience, and certifications.
