Salesforce Agentforce Specialist - CRM Sales Process

About the role

CloudMasters is looking for a Salesforce Agentforce Specialist to help build AI Agents that automate and improve CRM processes within Salesforce. We're looking for someone with hands-on experience using Salesforce Agentforce to build and deploy AI agents.

Responsibilities

• Build AI Agents using Salesforce Agentforce.
• Configure Topics, Actions, Instructions, and Agent Skills.
• Design agents that support Sales Cloud CRM processes.
• Build supporting Salesforce Flows and automations.
• Work with business users to understand CRM workflows.
• Test, refine, and optimize agent performance.
• Document solutions and provide user training.
• Recommend best practices for deploying Agentforce solutions.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Agentforce.
• Salesforce Sales Cloud experience.
• Experience building Salesforce Flows.
• Strong understanding of CRM and sales processes.
• Ability to gather business requirements and translate them into Agentforce solutions.
• Excellent communication and consulting skills.

Qualifications

• Salesforce Administrator Certification.
• Sales Cloud Consultant Certification.
• Experience with Salesforce Data Cloud.
• Experience integrating Salesforce with external applications.
• Experience using AI tools such as Claude or ChatGPT.
