About the role

This position is ideal for a motivated deal-maker looking to transition from a traditional sales or brokerage environment into global markets. You’ll gain deep exposure to international trading while leveraging your outreach and negotiation skills to drive revenue.

Responsibilities

  • Proactively source, contact, and build relationships with counterparties across global markets (heavy outreach, cold calling, and business development).
  • Identify and execute profitable buy/sell transactions, leveraging CAE’s proprietary data and analytics.
  • Conduct market and pricing research to identify new trading opportunities.
  • Negotiate and structure commercial agreements between buyers and sellers.
  • Lead transaction execution in coordination with internal analytics and settlement teams.
  • Continuously expand your client base and contribute directly to team revenue goals.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of sales, brokerage, or client-facing experience with proven revenue generation.
  • Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls and managing multiple active deals.
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
  • Residency in the NY Tri-State Area (NY, NJ, CT).
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
  • A competitive, resilient, and results-driven mindset.
  • English fluency; additional European languages are a plus.
  • Qualifications
