Sales Support Representative - Waterworks

About the role
We are hiring Sales Support Representatives who are hands-on, customer-focused, and ready to grow their careers. Whether you have experience in the trades or are looking to break into the industry, this role offers the opportunity to help customers, solve problems, and learn the business from the ground up. This position involves training in both the warehouse and at the sales counter.
Responsibilities
- Work together with Sales associates to support customer needs by determining the best products and solutions.
- Ensure the delivery of personalized customer service through timely quotations and accurate sales orders.
- Coordinate deliveries on behalf of customers.
- Answer sales calls for general information, addressing and resolving customer concerns or questions.
- Effectively use customer relationship management (CRM) system and phone system.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of sales and/or customer service experience is preferred.
- Experience in Waterworks or Construction is a plus.
- Strong sales skills, including the ability to upsell.
- Proven track record of responding quickly to customer needs and making timely decisions.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and follow through on commitments.
- Highly motivated and customer service-oriented with a focus on building relationships.
- General digital literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Ability to quickly learn product knowledge and processes.
Pay
Starting at $20 per hour, with potential for higher pay based on experience. Pay range: $18.71 - $29.92 per hour. This role is bonus or incentive plan eligible. The starting wage may be higher in certain locations based on local or state wage requirements.
Schedule
Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
