About the role

As a Sales Support Representative, you take pride in representing Baxter and our products. Your keen understanding of our deep portfolio of Infusion Therapy products and belief in the value and quality they provide to patients fuels your confidence. Customers trust you and appreciate your knowledge and curiosity when finding solutions to meet their needs. You enjoy being on location, building relationships, and establishing trust with clinicians and stakeholders. As our primary connection to our Infusion Therapy Customers that rely on our products to save and sustain lives, you are the face and voice of our products and services. You will foster connections between Baxter teams to drive business results. The insights and feedback you share with your team and cross-functional partners inform priorities and ensure customer needs are met.

Team

You'll report to our dynamic Regional Manager as part of our Infusion Therapies and Platforms business.

Responsibilities

• Sales Support to include various activities such as training, on-site customer support, order/supply assistance, coordination of Baxter teams, general support of customer tradeshows, and Pump Fairs.
• Assist with customer training needs.
• Support business presentations, QBRs, and customer/Baxter updates.
• Support the team on marketing and any cross-functional field sales support needs specific to Infusion Therapies and Platforms.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or 2+ years of experience in field sales/field sales support role in the medical device field.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong understanding of common computer software, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe, Tableau, and SalesForce CRM preferred.
• Strong presentation skills.
• Proven success working within large multifaceted teams.

Pay

The estimated base salary for this position is $48,000 to $66,000 annually. The estimated range reflects an anticipated salary range for the position. Individual pay is based upon location, skills and expertise, experience, and other relevant factors.
