Sales Support Representative - Fire & Fabrication

Ferguson is seeking Sales Support Representatives to join our team. With over 36,000 associates across 1,700 locations, Ferguson provides best-in-class products, service, and capabilities in various industries.
Responsibilities
- Support the Fire & Fabrication customer group
- Determine the best products and solutions for customer needs
- Ensure timely quotations and accurate sales orders
- Coordinate deliveries on behalf of customers
- Answer sales calls for general information and resolve customer concerns
- Use CRM and phone systems effectively
Qualifications
- 0-3 years of sales and/or customer service experience preferred
- Experience in fire protection, plumbing, or other trades a plus
- Strong sales skills, including upselling
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Quickly respond to customer needs and make decisions
- Customer service orientation and relationship-building skills
- Basic digital literacy with Microsoft Office
- Ability to quickly learn product knowledge and processes

Pay
The starting wage range is $20.57 - $32.91 per hour, with potential bonuses or incentives. The exact starting wage may vary based on location and state regulations.
Schedule
M-F 7:00am-3:30pm, with the possibility of overtime.
