Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries via phone and email
• Resolve customer issues promptly and professionally
• Follow up with customers to ensure their needs are met
• Update CRM system with customer interactions and feedback
• Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated with product knowledge and company policies

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 1 year of experience in customer service or related field
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
