Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries via phone and email
- Resolve customer issues promptly and professionally
- Follow up with customers to ensure their needs are met
- Update CRM system with customer interactions and feedback
- Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated with product knowledge and company policies
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 1 year of experience in customer service or related field
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
