Sales Supervisor, Giorgio Armani
About the role
As a leader within Giorgio Armani Corporation, you will inspire and motivate a diverse leadership and sales team. You will align the team on driving sales, delivering an excellent client experience, building strong talent, and ensuring efficient store operations. Combining entrepreneurial spirit, passion for the brand, and knowledge of the luxury retail business, you will influence both client and associate experiences. Your presence on the sales floor will drive excellence in client interactions and provide in-the-moment coaching to associates. You will shape and execute store strategies to build trusting relationships with clients and associates, driving revenue and ensuring effective communication across the team.
To succeed, you must lead by example with integrity, collaborate, demonstrate intellectual curiosity, think strategically, navigate ambiguity and change, and be results-oriented. As part of the management team, you will also drive sales personally and through your team, passionately conveying the vision of Giorgio Armani.
Responsibilities
- Inspire and motivate a diverse leadership and sales team.
- Align the team on driving sales, client experience, talent development, and operational efficiency.
- Provide input on client relationship strategies.
- Deliver in-the-moment coaching to associates on the sales floor.
- Shape and execute store strategies to build trusting relationships with clients and associates.
- Drive revenue through personal sales and team leadership.
- Ensure appropriate communications are cascaded throughout the team.
- Lead by example with integrity, collaboration, and strategic thinking.
Qualifications & Skills
- Demonstrated success as a Client Advisor with strong results and teamwork.
- College or post-secondary degree preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to influence and motivate teams.
- Experience with retail systems and office programs (e.g., Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Open availability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights, and weekends.
- Proficiency in Italian, Spanish, French, Mandarin, or other languages is a strong asset.
Pay
$25.00 per hour, with the opportunity to participate in a bonus or commission benefit plan, depending on the brand.
