Sales Supervisor, Full Time - Domain, Austin TX

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed individual store sales goals
• Lead the sales floor to provide an exceptional customer experience
• Contribute to a technology-driven in-store experience that surprises and delights customers
• Maintain high customer satisfaction scores through Net Promoter Score (NPS)
• Act as a brand ambassador, embodying our values and engaging with customers
• Ensure accurate inventory management and track metrics for BOH fulfillment, mis-pulls, cycle counts, and overall inventory accuracy
• Participate in loss prevention efforts and set expectations for team members
• Maintain and optimize store operational procedures and workflows
• Support merchandising and present concepts in line with brand standards
• Provide real-time and weekly feedback on sales, product, and allocation to in-store leadership
• Lead by example and motivate the team
• Onboard new hires and provide ongoing coaching to improve performance
• Contribute to and lead training and customer experience programs
• Create a professional, healthy, and productive work environment

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of retail experience
• Experience working in a sales or retail organization
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Driven and proactive approach to problem-solving
• Positive attitude and dedication to the job

Pay

The wage for this full-time position is $22-$25 per hour.

Schedule

Available to work a minimum of 30 hours per week, but up to 40 hours per week. Flexible schedule options available.
