What You'll Do
- Lead, motivate, and develop a team of sales representatives focused on selling Gerber Life Insurance products.
- Drive sales performance through coaching, mentoring, training, and performance management.
- Monitor key performance indicators, productivity, quality, and compliance metrics to achieve business goals.
- Conduct one-on-one coaching sessions and provide ongoing feedback to maximize team performance.
- Partner with leadership and cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Handle escalated customer situations and support team members in resolving complex issues.
- Recruit, train, and develop talent while fostering a positive and high-performance sales culture.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of leadership or supervisory experience leading successful sales or contact center teams.
- Proven ability to coach, motivate, and develop employees to achieve and exceed performance goals.
- Strong communication, analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Experience in a contact center, financial services, insurance, or sales environment preferred.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment and effectively manage multiple priorities.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required.
