Sales Supervisor

What You'll Do

• Lead, motivate, and develop a team of sales representatives focused on selling Gerber Life Insurance products.
• Drive sales performance through coaching, mentoring, training, and performance management.
• Monitor key performance indicators, productivity, quality, and compliance metrics to achieve business goals.
• Conduct one-on-one coaching sessions and provide ongoing feedback to maximize team performance.
• Partner with leadership and cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Handle escalated customer situations and support team members in resolving complex issues.
• Recruit, train, and develop talent while fostering a positive and high-performance sales culture.

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of leadership or supervisory experience leading successful sales or contact center teams.
• Proven ability to coach, motivate, and develop employees to achieve and exceed performance goals.
• Strong communication, analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Experience in a contact center, financial services, insurance, or sales environment preferred.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment and effectively manage multiple priorities.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required.
