Sales Supervisor - 7 for All Mankind, Houston Galleria

About the Role

Join 7 For All Mankind, the first company to bring premium denim to the market, putting L.A. on the map as the fashion authority on premium denim. As a Sales Supervisor, you will assist the Store Manager with all aspects of day-to-day store operations, including sales, customer service, recruiting, training, profits, and maintaining store standards. In the absence of the Store Manager or Assistant Manager, you will supervise and manage all store personnel, enforce company policies, and ensure operational excellence. This role is key to delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving the success of our brand through innovative premium denim.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to overall store success by meeting sales goals and achieving individual sales targets.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences by styling and wardrobing customers based on their needs.
• Set the example for customer engagement that exceeds industry standards.
• Build client relationships and drive sales through client outreach and brand excitement.
• Train, coach, develop, and motivate associates to maximize sales productivity.
• Assist the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in leading the store team, including enforcing company culture, policies, and procedures.
• Manage payroll and ensure proper coverage based on business needs.
• Support and execute directives from Visual Merchandising, Operations, and Marketing, ensuring timely communication and completion of deliverables.
• Communicate with Store Manager and/or Assistant Manager regarding employee relations, daily operations, compliance matters, and personal skill development.
• Represent the brand and ensure team members embody it in all customer and peer interactions.
• Enforce Loss Prevention policies and procedures, and assist with financial/sales audits and inventories to protect the store from internal and external shortage.

Requirements

• 2+ years of professional sales experience in specialty or luxury retail and/or customer service, with at least 1 year of supervisor experience.
• Strong leadership, time management, and organizational skills.
• Ability to meet performance expectations and operate efficiently under pressure.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to accurately and efficiently operate a cash register while following cash handling procedures.
• High level of initiative and self-motivation.

Special Physical and Mental Requirements

• Repetitive hand motion while operating a cash register or computer.
• Regular interaction with the public in a crowded and noisy store environment.
• Standing required for the entire work shift.
• Ability to operate office equipment (computers, phones, fax machines, scanners, and copiers).
• Must work weekend and night shifts.
• Ability to climb ladders as needed.
• Bend, lift, open, and move product up to 50 pounds.
• Occasional travel, often with little advance notice, may be required (including air and overnight travel).
