Sales Strategy & Operations Lead
About the role
As part of the Sales Strategy & Operations team, you will partner with senior North America Enterprise Sales leadership for Tech, Telco, and Entertainment (T3E) to develop and execute data‑driven strategies that accelerate growth, improve sales productivity, and increase operational efficiency. You will report to the Senior Director of Sales Strategy & Operations for North America Enterprise Sales and work closely with cross‑functional teams including Finance, Product & Engineering, Marketing, Measurement, and Client Solutions.
Responsibilities

- Inform decision making on sales priorities with quantitative and qualitative insights and structured recommendations; monitor and drive progress.

- Standardize and automate workflows using AI tooling: document and improve recurring sales processes, build templates, checklists, and lightweight mini‑agents or scripts that remove manual work from planning, reporting, and sales operations.
- Work with and influence cross‑functional teams including Finance, Product & Engineering, Marketing, Measurement, and Client Solutions.
- Contribute to the definition and execution of the broader North America Enterprise Sales strategy and Sales Strategy & Operations priorities; support strategic planning efforts.
- Identify and pursue opportunities for consistency and scale across the team (e.g., shared initiatives, improved processes, systems, dashboards, and operating mechanisms).
Requirements
- 7+ years of professional experience in strategy & operations in a fast‑paced, highly analytical environment (e.g., management consulting, investment banking, tech/media, or revenue/sales strategy & operations).
- Direct experience in digital ad sales strategy & operations preferred.

- Organized, detail‑oriented, and strategically focused.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as business, economics, statistics, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Skills
- AI native / AI first instincts: use internal AI and agentic tooling as a default first step for problem‑solving, research, and answering sales or operational questions.
- Ability to apply human judgment while using AI tooling: sanity check AI outputs, maintain own voice and standards, ensure outputs meet company policy and security requirements.
- Familiarity with SQL, Salesforce, and Tableau is a plus (not required).
