For our client, we are seeking a Sales Strategy & Operations Lead to join the team of a leader in the Consumer Technology space. This role will partner closely with sales leadership to shape and execute strategic initiatives that improve business performance across the enterprise sales organization. The ideal candidate will use analytical rigor, structured planning, and cross-functional collaboration to identify opportunities, assess risks, and drive operational clarity. This is a highly visible position focused on turning data into actionable recommendations and helping strengthen sales effectiveness in a fast-moving consumer technology environment. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $132,298 – $272,377 annually Responsibilities Collaborate with sales leadership to define and implement strategic initiatives Provide data-driven insights to influence sales priorities and monitor progress Analyze business performance metrics to identify opportunities and risks Present detailed insights and actionable recommendations for business improvement Develop and execute structured project work plans with data synthesis and analysis Utilize AI tools to automate workflows and enhance sales processes Engage with cross-functional teams to support broader sales strategy and operations Qualifications 7+ years of experience in strategy and operations within a high-paced analytical environment Preferred direct experience in digital ad sales strategy and operations Strong analytical skills with proficiency in handling large datasets Demonstrated ability to drive impact in complex environments Highly organized and detail-oriented with a strategic focus Bachelor's degree in business, economics, statistics, engineering, or a related field Proficiency in harnessing AI tools for operational efficiency and decision-making Benefits Flexible work arrangements, with in-office collaboration required once per week Inclusive and inspiring workplace culture Equity eligibility in addition to salary Opportunities for professional development and growth Access to a supportive and equitable work environment Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
