The Strategy & Operations team is a key strategic partner for advertising sales leaders across sales strategy and analytics, operations and process and tools. This role will be critical in standing up, scaling, and developing our go-to-market strategy for our new Mid-Market advertiser segment.

Responsibilities

  • Work directly with key sales leaders on critical strategic, organizational and operational projects designed to increase revenue, sales productivity and operational efficiency for our sales teams supporting our Mid-Market segment in North America and Europe, with opportunity for further global expansion.
  • Structure and execute on projects by developing work plans, gathering and synthesizing relevant data, leading analyses and developing final recommendations.
  • Analyze and determine key insights from key business drivers, trends and operating metrics. Translate data into insights and action, and communicate recommendations to sales leadership and the broader organization.
  • Take advantage of large amounts of structured data to understand how our customers interact with our product and service offerings.
  • Work with and influence cross-functional teams including Marketing, Measurement, Product and Finance.
  • Proactively identify and redefine processes and systems that improve and scale our business.
  • Support company-level strategy-setting and planning efforts.
  • Use AI to accelerate analysis and automate repeatable tasks, while applying judgment and verification to ensure correctness and quality.

Requirements

  • Minimum 10 years of professional experience in strategy & operations in a demanding highly analytical environment such as management consulting, investment banking, or in a tech/media company.
  • Understanding of sales and digital advertising platforms plus working knowledge of sales systems and tools.
  • Demonstrated problem solving experience providing data-driven business insights.
  • Proven ability to be successful in a changing, complex, fast-paced environment, planning and managing at both the strategic and operational level. Organized, detail-oriented and strategically focused.
  • BA/BS degree in quantitative or analytical major (engineering, mathematics, accounting, economics) or relevant work experience strongly preferred. MBA is strongly considered.
  • Experience with SQL, Tableau, and Salesforce is a plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to use AI to improve speed and quality in day-to-day workflow for relevant outputs.
  • Strong track record of critical evaluation and verification of AI-assisted work (e.g., testing, source-checking, data validation, peer review).
  • High integrity and ownership: you protect sensitive data, avoid over-reliance on AI, and remain accountable for final decisions and deliverables.
  • Demonstrated experience using AI to accelerate data analysis, with a clear approach to validating accuracy and quality.
  • Fluency in English (required).

Schedule

This role will need to be in the office for in-person collaboration 1-2 times per quarter and therefore needs to be in a commutable distance from one of the following offices: San Francisco, New York City, or Chicago.

Pay

US based applicants only. The base salary range for this position is $132,298—$272,377 USD. The position is also eligible for equity. Final salary is based on a number of factors including location, travel, relevant prior experience, or particular skills and expertise.
