Sales Specialist III
About the role
We are searching for a Regional Sales Manager to drive sales of Optical Transport Solutions and supporting services offerings with Tier 1, 2, and 3 telecommunications and cable companies. The position will be required to manage both strategic and tactical execution of customer specific programs and projects, while maintaining accurate and timely forecasts.
Responsibilities
- Manage both strategic and tactical execution of customer specific programs and projects
- Manage complex accounts with large quotas
- Develop and execute detailed account plans
- Establish and foster customer and partner relationships at all levels
- Clearly articulate the advantages of 1Finity’s solutions
Requirements
- 5+ years selling solutions (hardware, software, and services) to carriers and/or cable operators
- Strong background in optical transport with experience in professional services, software, and wireless infrastructure
- Extensive relationships with North American Tier I, II, and III carriers, MSO’s, CIP’s, etc.
- Able to establish and expand critical relationships, interfacing directly with customer engineering, architecture, planning, and procurement organizations
- Maintain a high-level of customer satisfaction
- Track record of aggressively hunting and quickly closing new opportunities
- Possess a deep understanding of multiple service provider architectures: IP, Ethernet, RF, RAN, and optical

Pay
The pay range for this role is estimated at $102,900 to $147,000 USD. Additionally, this role may be eligible for a short-term incentive based on company results and individual performance.
