What You'll Do Develop and maintain positive customer relationships to drive sales.Become proficient in operating Point of Sale (POS) systems and processing transactions.Utilize customer service skills and sales techniques to recommend the right products for customers.Maintain the visual appeal of the store by ensuring products are displayed attractively.Explain product features and benefits to customers effectively.Calculate discounts and apply promotions to rental agreements and sales.Set up, file, and maintain customer folders.Conduct regular sales and marketing calls.Stay knowledgeable about current products, pricing, and store promotions.Assist with creating rental agreements and educating customers on their terms.Support the training and development of Field Solutions team members.Help with store inventory management and product refurbishing.Exhibit exemplary attendance and punctuality.Comply with all company policies and safety standards.
