What You'll Do

• Develop and maintain positive customer relationships to drive sales
• Become proficient in operating Point of Sale (POS) systems and processing transactions
• Utilize customer service skills and sales techniques to recommend the right products for customers
• Maintain the visual appeal of the store by ensuring products are displayed attractively
• Explain product features and benefits to customers effectively
• Calculate discounts and apply promotions to rental agreements and sales
• Set up, file, and maintain customer folders
• Conduct regular sales and marketing calls
• Stay knowledgeable about current products, pricing, and store promotions
• Assist with creating rental agreements and educating customers on their terms
• Support the training and development of Field Solutions team members
• Help with store inventory management and product refurbishing
• Exhibit exemplary attendance and punctuality
• Comply with all company policies and safety standards

What We're Looking For

• Strong communication and customer service skills
• A valid driver's license
• Ability to lift and transport up to 50 lbs
• Familiarity with POS systems (a plus, but not required)
• Sales or customer service experience (preferred, but not required)
• Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team
