The Sales Specialist at Destify is a high-performance closer. You pick up where our SDR team leaves off, stepping into consultations with couples who are ready to choose their resort and book their dream wedding. Your job is to guide them with expertise and confidence, build trust fast, and turn a conversation into a committed booking.

• A proven closer with a track record of exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment

• Exceptional communication, listening, and relationship-building skills
• Unwavering persistence and the ability to create urgency without pressure tactics
• The natural ability to connect with people quickly and earn their trust
• Comfort managing a high-volume pipeline across multiple clients simultaneously
• Tech-savvy with experience using CRM platforms and digital communication tools

Schedule

• This is a performance-driven closing role that requires schedule flexibility.
• Our most successful specialists make themselves available when couples are ready to commit; evenings and weekends are prime closing windows.
• Minimum of one Saturday and one Sunday per month required
• Evening availability required to conduct consultations outside of traditional business hours
• Additional weekend availability may be required based on lead volume and performance
