Join Restore Hyper Wellness in Mountain Brook, voted Best Wellness Center in Birmingham in 2024 and 2025, and help people improve their health, recovery, performance and overall well-being.Our locally owned Mountain Brook studio opened in December 2021 and serves hundreds of clients each month. We're looking for energetic, relationship-oriented part-time Sales & Wellness Representatives who enjoy helping people while also being motivated to achieve sales goals.If you enjoy meeting new people, asking great questions, recommending solutions and confidently closing a sale when you've identified the right fit, we'd like to meet you.What You'll DoBuild relationships: Welcome clients, learn their wellness goals and create an exceptional experienceConvert first-time clients: Understand their needs, explain Restore's services and confidently recommend appropriate memberships and packagesDrive sales: Achieve individual and team membership, package and service sales goalsGuide client wellness: Help clients develop personalized wellness plans, including appropriate services and recommended frequenciesBecome a Restore expert: Develop strong working knowledge of Restore's services, products and wellness benefitsFollow up: Proactively communicate with leads and clients by phone, text and email to answer questions, schedule visits and support membership growthSupport member engagement: Help existing members maximize the value of their memberships through appropriate services and consistent rebookingSupport studio operations: Schedule appointments, process transactions and help maintain a clean, welcoming and professional studioRepresent Restore: Embody our values and create a positive, energetic environment for clients and teammatesStudio Work Hours:Weekdays: 9:30 am-7:15 pmSaturdays: 8:30 am–5:15 pmSundays: 11:30 am–4:15 pmFlexible part-time schedulingWhat We're Looking For1–2+ years of successful sales, membership, retail, hospitality or client-service experience preferredA genuine interest in health, wellness and helping others improve their quality of lifeComfortable initiating conversations, making recommendations and asking for the saleGoal-oriented and motivated by achieving measurable resultsExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsDependable, organized and able to manage multiple prioritiesCoachability and willingness to learn and consistently apply Restore's proven client-engagement and sales processesComfortable using POS, CRM and scheduling technologyHigh school diploma required; college coursework or equivalent relevant experience preferredAvailability for required afternoon/evening and weekend shiftsWhy Join Restore?Competitive hourly pay plus performance incentivesComprehensive training and ongoing coachingComplimentary and discounted Restore wellness servicesFlexible part-time schedulingOpportunities for advancement as our business growsPositive, team-oriented environmentThe opportunity to help people feel better and live healthier lives every dayAbout RestoreRestore Hyper Wellness is a leading provider of proactive wellness services in the United States.
