Sales Service Rep

Position Responsibilities

• Maintaining a detailed and specific call routine with a designated ledger of customers.
• Maintenance and execution of the SmartStock program (racks, plan-o-grams, ordering, and merchandising activities).
• Identifying and reducing out-of-stock on shelves.
• Ensuring products are fresh and within date code parameters.
• Attending customer needs and concerns promptly.
• Ensuring plan-o-grams, marketing best practices, and compliance in stores.
• Identifying display opportunities and maximizing display positioning.
• Ensuring that products are properly displayed, priced, and identified.
• Finding solutions to possible customer challenges with assistance.

Required Qualifications

• A High School Diploma or General Educational Development (GED) certificate or Equivalent Experience.
• 6+ months of working experience in a customer facing role, merchandising, or sales position.
• Ability to drive to customer locations using personal transportation (mileage and gasoline reimbursement provided).
• Must have a valid driver’s license, clean driving record, reliable vehicle, and proper valid insurance.

Pay

Starting at $22.00/hour with consistent 40-hour weeks (Monday to Friday).
