Pay
Starting pay: $23.00 - $26.00/hour (depending on experience). Includes cell phone stipend and CarData plan.

About the role
As a Sales Service Representative, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our strategic sales initiatives in your assigned sales region, collaborating closely with the Sales Team in that area. Your responsibilities will encompass tasks focused on executing our SmartStock program, ensuring compliance with company policies, and providing merchandising and sales support. You will build strong relationships with customers in the sales region and support the Sales Team in addressing their needs and concerns. Your professionalism and business execution are critical contributions to driving business forward for our customers, vendors, and ourselves.
Responsibilities
- Maintaining a detailed and specific call routine with a designated ledger of customers.
- Maintenance and execution of the SmartStock program (racks, plan-o-grams, ordering, and merchandising activities).
- Identifying and reducing out-of-stocks on shelves.
- Ensuring products are fresh and within date code parameters.
- Attending to customer needs and concerns promptly.
- Ensuring plan-o-gram, marketing best practices, and compliance in stores.
- Identifying display opportunities and maximizing display positioning.
- Ensuring that products are properly displayed, priced, and identified.
- Finding solutions to possible customer challenges with assistance.
- Performing other tasks and duties as assigned.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or General Educational Development (GED) certificate.
- 1+ years of experience in retail, convenience/grocery, foodservice, or sales.
- Ability to drive to customer locations using personal transportation (mileage and gasoline reimbursement provided).
- Must have a valid driver’s license, clean driving record, reliable vehicle, and proper valid insurance.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to travel 5 days per week.
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
- Strong oral & written communication skills.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Self-motivated, self-starter with strong attention to detail.
