Sales & Business Development
- Identify and acquire new clients, including hospitals, diagnostic centers, dialysis centers, and research laboratories, to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Technical Installation
- Install, commission, configure, and validate Laboratory Analyzers, Blood Bank Equipment, Radiology Equipment & Printers, and Nephrology Equipment.
Preventive Maintenance
- Perform preventive maintenance (PM), calibration, troubleshooting, and corrective maintenance of hardware and software to ensure maximum equipment uptime and customer satisfaction.
Product Demonstration & Training
- Congduct technical presentations, product demonstrations, and hands-on training for Pathologists, Radiologists, Nephrologists, Laboratory Technologists, Biomedical Engineers, and end users.
Customer Support
- Serve as the primary point of contact for technical inquiries and provide prompt, professional after-sales service and technical support.
Market Intelligence
- Monitor competitor activities, market trends, customer requirements, and new technologies in the Radiology, Pathology, Laboratory, Blood Bank, and Nephrology segments, and submit regular reports to management.
Requirements
- Experience: 5 years
- Education: Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Engineering (BME)
