Sales Service Delivery Manager
About the Role
As a Sales Service Delivery Manager working onsite in Tempe, AZ, you’ll help lead a sales-focused customer experience team that brings humanity to business. You’ll guide, support, and motivate a team of sales associates, helping them reach performance goals, resolve customer escalations, and deliver quality experiences on every interaction. You’ll play an important role in creating a positive, performance-driven environment where your team feels supported, recognized, and ready to succeed. You’ll report to the Director.
Responsibilities
- Act as a leader by building trust, removing barriers, and helping the team accomplish goals while supporting associate growth and career mobility.
- Lead with purpose by helping your team understand the “why” behind the work: creating meaningful customer connections, achieving sales and service goals, and supporting a client partnership that depends on consistent, high-quality performance.
- Improve key success metrics connected to team, client, and business goals, including:
- Revenue targets
- Customer satisfaction scores
- Service level goals
- Quality goals
- Coach associates through regular feedback, development conversations, and performance support that help them achieve company and client goals.
- Address employee questions and performance needs while coordinating training on new or revised services, products, processes, and project updates.
- Use time management and organizational skills to manage multiple priorities, track progress, monitor attendance, and keep the team focused on daily execution.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of call center, equivalent work, or sales management experience.
- Experience leading, coaching, or supporting teams in a performance-driven environment.
- Ability to motivate others, build trust, and create a positive team culture.
- Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional experiences.
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to understand, interpret, and use data to guide performance conversations and reporting.
- Comfort helping associates use the tools, systems, and resources they need to complete day-to-day tasks.

Pay
The anticipated salary range for this position is $70,000–$75,000. Actual compensation offers may vary based on geographic location, work experience, education, and skill level.
