Responsibilities
- Serve as the central liaison between Sales and Service, ensuring all machine preparation activities are aligned, communicated, and executed with precision.
- Validate sales order accuracy and manage detailed deal sheets, including machine, work tool, and kit compatibility assessments.
- Secure, review, and evaluate preparation quotations for machines and work tools to ensure accurate pricing, appropriate scope, and alignment with Sales and customer expectations.
- Cook up procurement and installation of parts and work tools, including ordering, scheduling, and inventory verification.
- Create and manage CSRs (work orders) in AX, clearly documenting all required preparation steps for both sale and rental equipment.
- Schedule Shop and Field Service resources across the Milton CAT network independently balancing competing priorities to ensure on-time machine readiness that meets Sales and customer commitments.
- Arrange transportation logistics, including trucking to customer sites and transfers among Milton CAT locations, including heavy hauling when required.
- Maintain high operational visibility, proactively identifying and resolving issues, exercising sound judgment to mitigate risks and communicate status updates to Sales and Service stakeholders.
Requirements
- 3–5+ years of experience in a coordination, operations, sales support, or service operations role supporting complex workflows or products.
- Strong professional-level proficiency with technology and Microsoft platforms (Teams, Outlook, Excel, Office Suite).
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly, concisely, and professionally at all organizational levels.
- Demonstrated commitment to delivering excellent service to internal stakeholders (Sales Representatives, Sales Managers, and Leadership).
- Ability to research, interpret, and verify machine preparation requirements for accurate quoting and scheduling.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities; able to quickly learn equipment operation concepts and work tool applications.
- Highly self-motivated and proactive, with a track record of anticipating problems and offering practical, creative solutions.
- Exceptional organizational skills with impeccable attention to detail in a fast-moving, high-volume environment.
Qualifications
- Associate’s degree or higher preferred.
- Background in customer service, equipment management, or machinery operations.
- Experience in short-term and long-term project coordination across multiple locations or departments.
- Knowledge of heavy hauling, load planning, or related transportation logistics.
- Experience supporting high-dollar, configurable equipment or assets.
- Familiarity with ERP systems; AX/Dynamics experience a plus.

Benefits
Compensation Range: $26.00 – $36.00 per hour, based on experience, with opportunities for weekly overtime.
Work Environment: On-site, 5 days per week. Potential for hybrid work following successful completion of a 6-month probationary period.
Hours Expectations: Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
