Sales Reservation Agent

About the role

We are seeking a passionate Sales and Reservation Agent to join our Sales team. The successful candidate will field inquiries for individuals who are interested in improving their health and wellness through Hilton Head Health’s destination weight loss and wellness programs. The role includes a combination of lead generation and lead nurturing for individuals, couples, and groups; and is responsible for handling the customer relationship from inquiry through booking, and then follow-up nurturing post stay to foster return visits.

Responsibilities

• Field inquiries for individuals interested in Hilton Head Health’s wellness programs
• Handle customer relationships from inquiry through booking
• Follow up with customers post-stay to foster return visits
• Communicate effectively and express empathy
• Think quickly and uphold policies such as change/cancellation of reservations
• Perform simple rate calculations
• Proficient with data entry into CMS and PMS systems
• HubSpot/Zoho and Salesforce experience a plus
• Daily sales of the reservation bookings as H3’s main revenue segment
• Drive and motivate to reach target sales goals

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED required
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a sales position within the hospitality field preferred
• Office Hours: 9am - 6pm
• Participate in rotation for remote on-call responsibilities for nights/weekend coverage

Qualifications

• Proficient with data entry into CMS and PMS systems
• HubSpot/Zoho and Salesforce experience a plus

Pay

$40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
