Reservation Agent

About the role

Join our team at Sun Peaks for an exciting summer season! We are currently seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to guests and fellow employees.
• Operate and maintain ski and snowboard equipment.
• Assist in the setup and breakdown of ski lifts and other amenities.
• Participate in regular training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Qualifications
• Experience in customer service is a plus.
• Knowledge of basic first aid and CPR preferred.
