The Opportunity
This role is for people early in their career who want to build a serious future in sales by doing the actual work—in the field, with real customers, real targets, and real accountability.
We are looking for individuals with approximately 1-2+ years of professional experience who are high-energy, highly coachable, and willing to put in the work to grow quickly. Previous senior living or healthcare experience is not required.
You will join our go-to-market team, spending the majority of your time in the field engaging Assisted Living operators across your assigned territory.
- Getting in front of decision-makers: Meeting senior living operators face-to-face and showing them how AllCare's AI-driven model solves real operational challenges.
- Owning your activity: Building and managing your own pipeline with clear activity expectations and measurable goals.
- Rapid learning: Learning through structured training, coaching, ride-alongs, and in-field shadowing with sales, operations, and clinical teams.
- Building field presence: Developing relationships, learning your market, and becoming a credible operator in your territory.
