About the role
Michigan-Based Water Damage & Fire Remediation company has been in business for 30 years. We are a Certified firm with the IICRC. We assist homeowners and business owners clean up from water & fire issues by removing non-restorable materials, disinfecting and/or cleaning, and drying out structures where necessary. Our Family-Owned company is in Ira Township.
Requirements
- Proven Sales Experience: Demonstrated success in B2B sales, preferably in the restoration and construction industry.
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with mitigation, restoration services, including expertise in water, fire, mold.
- Ability to gain new sales weekly through Plumbers, Agents, Adjusters, and prior clients.
- Revenue Generation: Meet and exceed sales targets, contributing significantly to the overall revenue growth of the company.
- Relationship Building: Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills with the ability to connect with clients at various levels.
- Results-driven: History of meeting and exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to articulate complex solutions effectively.
- Minimum of three plus years of successful sales experience, particularly in the Water Mitigation and Fire Remediation industry with an established book of business.
- Transitioning your existing book of business.
- Fearless - Ability to walk into any business without fear and instantly connect with people.
- Be confident, have a positive attitude and be driven to succeed.
- Professional in appearance in the way you dress. Professional in the way you act, speak, and write.
- Tech-savvy. Ability to understand and use apps on a phone, use a computer and/or iPad effortlessly and effectively.
Qualifications
- Must have a valid driver’s license.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Pay
Salary range: $60,000 - $80,000 annually.
Schedule
Flexible schedule with potential for evening and weekend work.
