Sales Representative – Urgently Hiring | Weekly Pay

About the role

Mpower Direct helps homeowners make smarter energy choices while providing valuable sales, communication, and leadership skills to motivated individuals.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with homeowners throughout the Cincinnati area
• Generate leads and build customer relationships face-to-face
• Educate customers on renewable energy and enrollment options
• Guide customers through a smooth and professional enrollment process
• Manage your pipeline and work toward weekly performance goals
• Develop communication, leadership, and sales skills through daily coaching and mentorship

Requirements

• Strong communication skills and positive attitude
• Competitive, motivated, and goal-oriented mindset
• Coachable and eager to grow professionally
• Reliable with full-time availability (Monday-Friday, 11 AM-8 PM)
• Must be 18+ and authorized to work in the U.S.
• Sales or customer service experience is a plus, but not required
