About the role

Responsibilities

• Meet homeowners in local Chicago neighborhoods to introduce them to competitive energy solutions
• Engage in genuine conversations to educate customers on their energy options
• Help customers determine if they can save on their monthly energy costs
• Enroll qualified customers and build lasting relationships within the communities you serve
• Achieve daily and weekly goals while developing valuable communication, sales, and leadership skills
• Participate in hands-on training, daily coaching, and team meetings designed to help you continuously improve and maximize your earnings
• Represent MPower Direct with professionalism while delivering an exceptional customer experience

Requirements

• Motivated, competitive, and goal-oriented
• Strong communicators who enjoy meeting new people face to face
• Reliable, coachable, and thrive in a team environment
• At least 18 years old and authorized to work in the U.S.
• No degree or previous sales experience required
