Important: This position services the Knoxville market. While you will travel locally to customer appointments, all training, team meetings, and business-related activities are based out of our Lenoir City office. Job SnapshotEmployment Type: Full-Time (W-2) Compensation: $50,000-$150,000+ annually Pay Structure: Weekly Pay + Uncapped Commission Training: Paid Training Provided Schedule: Daytime, evenings, and occasional weekends based on customer appointments Travel: Local travel throughout the Knoxville market Experience: No roofing experience required What You’ll Do As a Sales Representative, you'll meet directly with homeowners to identify their exterior restoration needs, provide professional inspections, and guide them through the restoration process from start to finish. ResponsibilitiesBuild relationships with homeowners throughout your assigned territory.Generate new business through networking, referrals, neighborhood outreach, and customer engagement.Schedule and conduct residential property inspections.Inspect roofs, siding, and gutters using company training and technology.Prepare project estimates and scopes of work.Educate homeowners on restoration options and insurance claims.Coordinate with internal production teams to ensure an exceptional customer experience.Maintain communication with customers throughout the project.Follow up after project completion to ensure customer satisfaction.What We're Looking ForWe're looking for individuals who are:Self-motivatedPositive and professionalCoachableGoal-orientedCustomer-focusedStrong communicatorsComfortable working independentlyDriven to succeed in a performance-based environmentPrevious sales experience is helpful but not required.
