Important: This position services the Nebraska market. While you will travel locally to customer appointments, team meetings, training, and other business-related activities will take place at designated locations communicated by your manager based on current business needs. Job SnapshotEmployment Type: Full-Time (W-2) Compensation: $50,000-$200,000+ annually Pay Structure: Weekly Pay + Uncapped Commission Training: Paid Training Provided Schedule: Daytime, evenings, and occasional weekends based on customer appointments Travel: Local travel throughout the Nebraska market Experience: Sales or commission-based experience preferred What You’ll Do As a Sales Representative, you'll work directly with homeowners to identify exterior restoration needs, perform professional property inspections, and guide customers through the restoration process from inspection to project completion. ResponsibilitiesBuild relationships with homeowners throughout your assigned territory.Generate new business through networking, referrals, neighborhood outreach, and customer engagement.Schedule and conduct residential property inspections.Inspect roofs, siding, and gutters using company training and technology.Prepare project estimates and scopes of work.Educate homeowners on restoration options and insurance claims.Coordinate with internal production teams to ensure an exceptional customer experience.Maintain communication with customers throughout the project.Follow up after project completion to ensure customer satisfaction.What We're Looking ForWe're looking for individuals who are:Self-motivatedCompetitiveCoachableProfessionalCustomer-focusedStrong communicatorsComfortable working independentlyDriven to exceed goalsPrevious sales or commission-based experience is preferred.
