What You’ll Do
- Face-to-face and remote sales to new and existing customers.
- Assessing customer needs and suggesting appropriate solutions.
- Developing and delivering commercial sales proposals.
- Selling equipment rentals and services to our Building Services and Construction customers.
- Developing medium-to-long-term sales plans and preparing strategies to protect, grow and diversify the relationship with targeted customers.
- Participating in face-to-face and remote sales to new customers and cross/up/repeat sales to existing customers.
- Partnering with the operations, logistics, and administrative teams to ensure a superb customer experience with every sale.

Qualifications
- 3-7 years of direct business to business sales experience.
- Basic knowledge of the construction process and manufacturing based customer focus.
- Proficiency with CRM systems (i.e., Salesforce, Dynamics, or similar systems).
- Prior successful attainment of assigned sales goals.
