Sales Representative / Program Coordinator (B2C)
Role Summary
The Sales Representative / Program Coordinator at Detox Nation is responsible for guiding community members to the right program based on their symptoms, history, sensitivity level, goals, and circumstances. You are a trusted guide and listener, able to understand complex health stories, contextualize where someone is in their healing journey, and confidently recommend the most appropriate next step within Detox Nation's ecosystem. You will handle conversations across multiple inbound sources, each with different levels of awareness, trust, and urgency.
Core Objectives
- Listen deeply and understand each client's unique health context
- Match prospects to the right program
- Confidently enroll clients across a wide range of offers
- Maintain integrity, trust, and alignment with Detox Nation's mission
- Accurately document and manage all sales activity
Key Responsibilities
- Consultative Sales & Program Matching: Conduct sales calls with prospects coming from cold paid traffic, webinars and workshops, applications and book-a-call funnels, and organic community referrals. Listen for root symptoms, sensitivity level, past detox experiences, nervous system capacity, budget and support needs. Recommend programs that are appropriate, emotionally safe, and aligned with their stage of healing.
- Multi-Context Sales Conversations: Adapt your approach based on call context: cold traffic (education + trust-building), webinar-informed leads (clarity + decision support), and organic leads (confirmation + alignment). Clearly explain program structure, expectations, time commitment, and support level. Answer questions calmly and accurately.
- Program Knowledge & Offer Mastery: Maintain deep understanding of all Detox Nation programs, including but not limited to: Detox Nation Membership (Bronze / Silver / Gold), Healing Labs, Rapid Gut Reset, Liver Reset, Parasite Release, Energy Reset, Rapid Sinus Rescue, Resilience Reset, Histamine Reset, Mold Reset Bundle & Mold Detox Jumpstart, Mold Test + Consult, Practitioner programs (RCPM, Toxin University), and Inner Circle VIP Programs (Kari, Michael Spandel, Sinclair & Michael). You must understand who each program is for, who it is not for, and how programs ladder together safely.
- Ethical Enrollment & Objection Handling: Address objections with education, empathy, and clarity. Never pressure, overpromise, or minimize someone's concerns. Ensure the client feels informed, supported, and confident in their decision.
- CRM, Documentation & Follow-Up: Accurately log call notes, health context, recommended programs, outcomes, and the sales opportunity pipeline. Manage follow-up sequences and next steps. Coordinate with support or practitioners when escalation is needed.
- Collaboration & Feedback Loop: Work closely with marketing (feedback on lead quality), program teams (fit and readiness insights), and RevOps (CRM accuracy, reporting). Share trends such as common objections, program confusion points, and emerging needs in the community.
