Position Summary

We are seeking a results-driven Sales Professional Light Industrial Staffing to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in business development, client relationship management, and staffing sales within the light industrial sector. This role is responsible for generating new business opportunities, expanding existing client accounts, and delivering workforce solutions that meet customer needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, prospect, and develop new business opportunities within the light industrial market.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
  • Conduct client meetings to understand hiring needs and recommend customized staffing solutions.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and service agreements.
  • Collaborate with recruiters to ensure timely fulfillment of client staffing requirements.
  • Negotiate pricing, contracts, and service terms.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline updates in the CRM system.
  • Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
  • Participate in networking events, trade shows, and business development initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum **3 years of experience** in light industrial staffing sales or staffing business development.
  • Strong understanding of temporary, temp-to-hire, and direct hire staffing services.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Prioritize proven ability to generate new business and manage client relationships.
  • Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel locally to meet clients.
