• Own the full sales cycle from cold prospect to closed deal. No handoffs, no excuses.
• Get in front of C-suite decision-makers and show them exactly how Paycom solves their biggest HR headaches.
• Top-performing sales reps build and manage pipelines through relentless prospecting, strategic networking and disciplined follow-through.
• Become an expert in enterprise software sales and modern B2B sales strategy. We'll provide industry-leading training. You bring the drive to win.
• Travel required — includes overnight travel.

Compensation

• $100K base salary.
• Uncapped commission. No ceiling.
• If you made $200K last year, we'll show you how to hit over $1M. The top sales performers here can double their income.
• Rookies have cleared $330K.
