About the role

We are expanding into new markets with little to no current presence. That means we need motivated, persuasive professionals to build relationships from the ground up and own their territory. This is not a plug-and-play sales role. You will be developing new business, opening doors, and growing your own book of accounts. Responsibilities

  • Introduce physicians, nurses, and staff to our in-home sleep testing services
  • Build and manage accounts within your assigned territory
  • Get past gatekeepers using persistence, professionalism, and strong communication
  • Own your market—build relationships, grow business, and drive results
  • Represent ReactDx with confidence and consistency

Requirements

  • Goal-oriented, resilient, and not afraid to start from scratch
  • Experienced in industries like auto sales, retail, hospitality, or any role where your success depended on building trust and closing deals
  • Someone with a strong presence who knows how to get in front of decision-makers

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1–2 years of customer service or sales experience (preferred but not required)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient computer and phone skills
  • Experience with electronic medical records or patient/customer documentation systems (preferred but not required)
  • Attention to detail and strong follow-up skills
  • Flexibility to meet census demands
  • Ability to work within rapidly changing environments
  • Associate degree or above (preferred but not required)
  • Knowledge of medical terminology (preferred but not required)
  • Ability to meet deadlines and quotas

Pay

  • Base salary: $45,000–$55,000 DOE (depending on experience)
  • Uncapped commission structure (top performers have the potential to double base pay)
