Sales Representative - Eureka Heights Brewing Company

About the role

Eureka Heights Brew Co. is a local Independent Craft Brewery established in 2015. We are rapidly growing in the Houston market and pride ourselves on creating award-winning beer that is interesting, approachable, and fun. Our annual production in 2021 was 8,500 barrels.

Responsibilities

• Establish themselves with initial customer accounts based on current contacts of Eureka Heights Brew Co.
• Recruit additional customer accounts
• Maintain active account contact list
• Manage all active customer (on-premise and off-premise) accounts by:
• Maintaining key customer and distribution partner relationships
• Working with Distribution sales personnel on account order placements
• Communicating account beer needs and development
• Delivering tap handles with appropriate stickers to match beer ordered
• Communicate and coordinate with customer accounts regarding upcoming beer releases, special events & promotions
• Resolve customer and Distribution partner problems effectively and efficiently
• Ensure company products are displayed to meet company and customer standards
• Establish and expand personal relationships with all personnel at accounts
• Plan and attend events at accounts as required. Potentially on the evenings and weekends.
• Plan and attend samplings of products at on & off-premise accounts as required.
• Attend festivals as needed
• Affiliate with the development of new brands
• Sell lots of Beer!!

Specific responsibilities with respect to general assistance for the Sales Rep

• Stay up to date and knowledgeable on all company products and industry trends
• Become proficient in the use of company sales data analytics iDIG and customer management software KARMAMiscellaneous on-site sales matters as directed by management

Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Must have a valid Texas drivers license and clean driving record
• Legally authorized to work within the US
• Must be able to routinely lift and maneuver kegs and other items weighing around 120-150 pounds
• Be able to do, like, 10 pushups
