Sales Representative, End User
Location: Applicants must live in Eastern Washington (Spokane, WA area)
Responsibilities
- Call on Facility Managers, Security Directors, IT Directors, and Construction and Planning Departments within an end user account.
- Partner with local selling partners including wholesalers, integrators, locksmiths, and distributors to maximize positive impact with end user accounts.
- Gain approval for the product lines represented by Door Security Solutions.
- Contribute to the role by communicating effectively with a variety of decision makers and influencers, developing short and long-term sales plans, identifying and classifying the sales potential of each client, establishing a network of clients with a high level of trust, applying discovery abilities including prospecting, profiling, qualifying, identifying client needs, and presenting solutions, and selling opening solutions as a consultant using a communication approach that can be effective with a diverse audience.

- Travel up to 75% locally and meet the requirements of customers.
- Manage time and projects proficiently.
- Can lift/carry up to 50 lbs. of sample and display material for sale presentations.
Requirements
- Background includes a College/University degree (preference for specialization in related curricula such as: architectural design/engineering, construction science/management, or similar), or have work experience commensurate with, minimum high school/GED diploma.
- Minimum 2 – 3 years of sales experience, with building material or construction-related experience preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
- Utilization and maintenance of CRM tools for sales and activity reporting.
- Working knowledge of industry-related software is a plus.

Pay
The wage range for this role is $80K - $95K and considers a broad scope of factors that are considered when making compensation decisions. Pay within each range is based on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, to primary work job-related knowledge, skills, experience, training, licensure and certifications, business requirements, geographic location and other business and organizational needs.
Schedule
Ability to travel (up to 75% locally) and meet the requirements of customers.
