Position Summary
A Title Sales Representative in California drives revenue by selling title insurance and escrow services to real estate and lending professionals. It is a field-based, relationship-driven role where success relies on networking, client education, and acting as a title and escrow service resource for clients.
Essential Functions
- Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies within assigned territory to increase title and escrow business
- Conduct in-person meetings, presentations, educational events, and networking activities
- Participate in industry associations, real estate functions, and community events to increase market presence
- Utilize CRM to document sales activity, pipeline management, and client communications
- Remain current on title and escrow industry trends, regulatory changes, and market conditions
- Collaborate with internal escrow and operations teams to ensure exceptional client experience
- Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and territory plans as required

- Proven sales and business development skills, specifically in title, escrow, mortgage, or real estate preferred
