About the role
We are seeking a talented and passionate individual to join our dynamic team as a Business Development Manager. This role will be responsible for expanding our customer base, building strong relationships with current and potential clients, and driving sales growth.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute business development strategies to increase market share and revenue
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, trade shows, and other outreach efforts
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
- Manage the sales pipeline from initial contact to closing deals
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales or business development
- Proven track record of increasing sales and market share
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to travel up to 50% of the time
