Job Purpose
Meet and exceed monthly sales goals by selling wireless phones, accessories, service plans, and features.
Provide exceptional customer service to both new and existing customers.
Troubleshoot customer concerns and recommend solutions that best fit their needs.
Deliver an excellent customer experience before, during, and after each sale to build long-term relationships.
Complete operational and administrative duties accurately and within required timelines.
Represent the brand positively and help give our customers and community Something to Smile About — while having fun and earning great commissions!
Qualifications
- Proven retail or wireless sales experience preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment
- Motivated, goal-oriented, and results driven
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) REQUIRED
Position Details
- Job Type: Full-time
- Pay: $16.00 – $17.00 per hour
- Expected Hours: 35–40 per week
- Work Location: In person
- Schedule: Monday to FridayWeekends as needed
