Sales Representative

About the role

This is a retail sales position focused on wireless products and services. The role involves generating new sales opportunities, presenting products to customers, and contributing to team goals in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Generate new sales opportunities by offering additional products or services
• Present products to prospective customers by demonstrating features and functionality
• Participate in promotional activities when needed
• Document sales by creating or updating customer profile records
• Keep clientele informed by notifying them of preferred customer sales and future merchandise of potential interest
• Attend training classes as needed
• Contribute to team effort by accomplishing goals

Qualifications

• Prior wireless sales experience helpful (smart phone sales, tablet sales, smart watch sales)
• Great familiarity with iOS and Android operating systems
• College degree preferred but not required
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Comfortable in a fast-paced work environment
• Professional appearance

Schedule

Work a flexible retail rotating schedule that includes nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime.
