Sales Representative

Position Overview This role involves managing territory sales by engaging with automotive repair shop owners through in-person and phone interactions. The primary focus is on understanding each shop’s operational needs, recommending tailored ALLDATA software solutions to improve efficiency and profitability, and driving sales growth. Key Responsibilities Build and expand a customer base within the assigned territory.Achieve and exceed sales goals through consultative selling, product demos, and training.Leverage existing customers for additional growth and product adoption.Provide exceptional customer service, resolve issues promptly, and support satisfaction and retention.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.Participate in trade shows, customer events, and partner relationships. Qualifications & Skills High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.1-5 years of successful direct sales experience, preferably in the automotive industry.Proficient in CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and internet browsers.Strong communication skills, with ability to visit shops and make calls daily.Ability to perform job duties including driving, standing, and light lifting.
