Sales & Membership Growth
Sell URGE FITNESS memberships, services, and programs
Contact new, past, and existing leads by phone, text, and email
Schedule appointments and follow up to improve show rates
Conduct club tours and membership presentations
Explain membership options, pricing, promotions, and policies clearly
Overcome objections and close sales professionally
Track lead activity, appointments, followup, and sales activity in the CRM
Maintain a professional, highenergy, and accountable club environment
Shift Leadership & Club Operations
Oversee general club operations during assigned shifts
Help ensure the facility is clean, organized, and member-ready
Monitor the front desk, fitness floor, bathrooms, locker rooms, and common areas
Support and redirect staff when needed
Communicate shift updates, issues, and followup items to other managers
Help ensure staff are staying on task and following club expectations
Address basic member questions, concerns, and service issues professionally
Escalate serious issues to the appropriate manager
Congnorate with club leadership on appointments, staffing, facility needs, and member concerns

Requirements
Prior sales experience preferred
Strong phone and inperson communication skills
Comfortable making outbound calls, sending followups, and asking for the sale
Goaloriented, competitive, and coachable
Able to handle rejection and stay focused
Organized and able to manage leads consistently
Comfortable using CRM, scheduling, and sales software
Able to oversee basic club operations while on duty
Able to communicate clearly with staff, members, and managers
Able to help maintain facility cleanliness and club standards
Able to move throughout the club during tours, shift checks, and operational walkthroughs
Comfortable working in a fastpaced fitness club environment
Evening and weekend availability required
