About the role

United Defense Tactical (UDT) in Scottsdale, AZ is seeking a Sales Representative to grow their membership-based training program ahead of their facility's launch in June. The ideal candidate will engage customers, showcase UDT's reality-based simulator, and enroll them in world-class firearms training.

Responsibilities

• Conduct 90-minute training demos, facility tours, and membership pitches to seal the deal.
• Possess a strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills to drive sales.
• Prospect from a database of thousands, filling your calendar with eager leads alongside UDT's marketing funnel.
• Nurture hesitant prospects into committed members with follow-up finesse.
• Update our CRM daily to track every opportunity and maximize your commissions.

Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree is a plus, but we prioritize fit and a can-do attitude.
• Comfort engaging customers and showcasing UDT’s simulator and training value.
• Interest in firearms or self-defense is a bonus—bring that passion!

Schedule
