What You Do
- Outside Sales Representative: 80% in the field; 20% in office
- Consult with Clients: Conduct thorough assessments of exterior needs by visiting job sites, evaluating current conditions, and discussing project requirements with clients.
- Present Solutions: Develop and present customized exterior solutions, including detailed proposals and cost estimates, ensuring clarity and transparency.
- Build Relationships: Foster strong, long-term relationships with clients by providing exceptional service, addressing concerns promptly, and following up throughout the project lifecycle.
- Close Sales: Negotiate terms, finalize contracts, and achieve sales targets while ensuring client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with Team: Work closely with project managers, installers, and other team members to ensure seamless project execution and delivery.
- Stay Informed: Keep up-to-date with industry trends, product knowledge, and competitors to effectively address client needs and enhance sales strategies.
- Maintain Records: Accurately track sales activities, customer interactions, and project progress using CRM software and other tools.

Requirements
- Physical Requirements: Requires agility. Must be able to climb 2+ stories high on a ladder as needed. Must not be afraid of heights.
- Experience: Proven experience in sales, preferably in the roofing or construction industry. A track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets is highly desirable.
- In Home Sales Experience: Must have in home sales experience.
- Skills: Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients. Motivation: Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven by achieving results. Tech-Savvy: Proficiency with CRM software and basic office applications.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
