Sales Representative
We're hiring multiple representatives to join our team and help attract new customers to our business. If you are motivated by performance-based earnings, this role offers significant income growth with average earnings of $100,000+/year and uncapped commissions. Your earnings grow directly with your sales—higher performance means higher income.
About the role
As our Sales Representative, you'll spend your days canvassing neighborhoods, engaging with potential customers, and increasing interest in our high-quality roofing, remodeling, and restoration services. You'll work independently, so time management skills and problem-solving abilities are essential.
- Engage with homeowners, learn about their remodeling needs, and perform roof inspections
- Explain services and encourage customers to book a service
- Track sales progress and adjust strategies to close more deals
Requirements
- 18+ years of age
- Valid driver's license
- Good driving record
- Ability to obtain a solicitation permit
- Physical ability to walk through neighborhoods and climb ladders regularly
- Willingness to travel to different neighborhoods and local offices as needed
Schedule
Monday through Friday from 10:00 am to 7:00 pm. Depending on the season, you may also need to work Saturdays from 9:00 am to 2:00 pm.
