Sales Representative

About the role

We're looking for entry-level Sales Representatives to join our Ft. Smith, AR team. This role offers significant income growth with uncapped commissions and a terrific benefits package.

Responsibilities

• Spend days canvassing neighborhoods, engaging with potential customers, and increasing interest in our services.
• Work independently, managing time and problem-solving skills.
• Engage with homeowners, learn about their remodeling needs, and perform roof inspections.
• Explain our services to customers and encourage them to book a service.
• Track progress and adjust strategies to close more deals.
• Manage schedules based on customer availability, business needs, and individual performance goals.
• Occasionally attend morning huddles and extended evening hours.
• Attend Saturday meetings from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Valid driver's license with a good driving record.
• Ability to obtain a solicitation permit.
• Physical ability to walk through neighborhoods and climb ladders regularly.
• Willingness to travel to different neighborhoods and local offices as needed.

Pay

$100,000 per year

Schedule

Core hours: Monday through Friday, 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.

Saturdays: 10 a.m. - 2 p.m.

We are closed on Sundays.
